Ten Week Skating Transformation Program
Ten Week Skating Transformation Program
10-Week Stride Improvement Program
Built for hockey players who want to become faster, more explosive, and more efficient skaters.
Our 10-Week Stride Improvement Program combines treadmill skating instruction with stride-focused training to help athletes improve skating mechanics, power generation, edge control, and overall skating efficiency. This is a structured development program designed to create measurable improvement over 10 weeks — not just another clinic.
Program Includes
- 2 weekly 30-minute skating treadmill sessions
- 2 weekly 30-minute stride-focused workouts
- 40 total development sessions over 10 weeks
- Biweekly AI skating analysis and progress tracking
- Small group or individualized instruction
- Technical skating analysis and correction
- Progressive training plan focused on long-term improvement
AI Skating Analysis
Every two weeks, players will complete an AI-assisted skating analysis to track progress throughout the program. Using video and movement analysis technology, we measure key skating metrics and identify areas for improvement in stride mechanics, posture, recovery patterns, and overall skating efficiency.
This allows players and parents to:
- Track measurable progress over time
- Identify technical strengths and weaknesses
- Monitor improvements in skating mechanics
- Receive objective feedback throughout the program
Our coaching staff then uses this data to make adjustments and personalize each athlete’s development plan throughout the 10 weeks.
Focus Areas
- First-step quickness
- Stride mechanics
- Explosive acceleration
- Edge control and balance
- Power transfer and skating efficiency
- Recovery mechanics and posture
- Hockey-specific movement patterns
Using our skating treadmill allows players to isolate and refine skating mechanics in a controlled environment with immediate coaching feedback. Combined with off-ice stride development training, players build habits and movement patterns that transfer directly to game speed.
